About Dr. Gruhl
At a young age, the connection between the actions one takes regularly and the state of health that person experienced was innately apparent to Jared Gruhl. Consequently, he has been studying holistic healing, organic agriculture, whole food nutrition, bodywork, and yoga since the age of 17. During these early years and the decades that have followed, Dr. Gruhl has experienced many different holistic healing techniques. After receiving his first spinal adjustment from a chiropractor, he was inspired to study the unique philosophy, science, and art that is chiropractic.
Dr. Jared Gruhl currently has a family practice near downtown in the Lower Highlands/Jefferson Park neighborhood. He has previously been an adjunct professor in the Western Biomedicine department at The American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, MN, where he taught Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology. He also is a nationally known teacher, giving lectures and workshops on neurotoxic illness, true cellular detoxification, nutritional wellness, and yoga. Prior to attending chiropractic college, Dr. Gruhl graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Plant Biology with a minor in fine arts.
Dr. Gruhl never tires of learning new information that will help his clients overcome their healthcare obstacles, assisting them in their own healing journey.
When not in the office, Dr. Gruhl enjoys Colorado with family and friends through yoga, singing, drawing, reading, laughing, dancing, biking, hiking, breathing, movin’ & shakin’, and generally pushing the limits of our human experience.
